Mahallify sends one type of SMS message only: a one-time verification code (OTP) used to sign a user into their account. There are no marketing, promotional, or recurring messages of any kind.
A user opts in entirely within the Mahallify mobile app. On the login screen the user selects "Sign in with Phone," picks their country code, and enters their mobile number. Directly above the "Send Code" button — and separate from acceptance of the Terms of Use or Privacy Policy — the user sees the explicit SMS consent language shown below. Tapping "Send Code" is the affirmative opt-in action and triggers exactly one verification SMS to the number entered.

Consent is captured by the user's deliberate action of entering their number and tapping "Send Code." It is not bundled into acceptance of the Terms of Use or Privacy Policy, which are separate, independently linked documents.
