Mahallify ("we," "us," or "our") is a community platform connecting Central Asian diaspora communities in the United States and Canada. The app is operated by Mahallify and can be reached at [email protected] or mahallify.us.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Mahallify. By using the app, you represent that you meet this requirement. Accounts found to belong to users under 13 will be removed.
When you choose to sign in with your phone number, Mahallify will send you a one-time SMS verification code (OTP) for authentication purposes.

Message frequency: One message per sign-in attempt. No recurring marketing messages.

To opt out: Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent.

Your phone number is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your data.
You may also choose to sign in with Telegram. When you tap "Continue with Telegram," our official bot — @MahallifyBot — opens in the Telegram app. Tapping Start in that chat tells Telegram to share basic public profile data with us: your Telegram numeric user ID, first name, last name, and (if you have one) public username.
We use this data only to create your Mahallify account or recognize you on return visits. We do not receive your phone number, contacts, messages, or any other Telegram data, and we will not message you on Telegram beyond the one-time sign-in confirmation. You can disconnect this link at any time by deleting your Mahallify account from in-app settings, which removes the stored Telegram identifier along with the rest of your account data.
You agree not to use Mahallify to:
You retain ownership of content you post (listings, photos, messages). By posting, you grant Mahallify a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content within the platform for the purpose of operating the service.
You are solely responsible for the content you post. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or our community standards, without notice.
All listings go through a moderation review before becoming publicly visible. We may approve, reject, or remove any listing at our discretion. Accounts that repeatedly violate our policies may be banned.
Mahallify is a platform that connects community members — we are not a party to any transaction, employment, housing agreement, or other arrangement made through the app. We do not verify the accuracy of listings or the identity of users beyond account authentication. Use your own judgment and exercise caution when interacting with other users.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that the content on the platform is accurate or safe. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mahallify is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time from the app settings. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via push notification or an in-app banner. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable US law.
